Bouncing Baby Playgroup  is a  program that incorporates 15 minutes of stories, songs, puppets, bubbles and finger plays. This is followed by an open playtime for babies ages 0- 18 months and their caregivers.

“Meditation” covers a variety of practices that designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy, and develop compassion. Benefits of meditation include calming and clarity of the mind, and decreased anxiety, stress, anger, fear, jealousy, and destructive thoughts. Over time, meditation can help us to better relate with others and become more empathetic in all situations.

Come and have a cup of tea to learn more, then try it for a few weeks and decide for yourself.

Led by Brian Findlay, a Pepperell resident who wants to share what meditation has provided to him.

A group for people to discuss LGBTQ+ issues and topics in a safe, welcoming environment. Run by Pepperell resident J.D. Melendez, who has been working with LGBTQ+ folks for over 20 years, with a focus on the Transgender and LGBTQ+ Youth communities. Bring your own snacks and join us for conversation!
